VILLAGE OF RUSSELLS POINT

STORM WATER DRAINAGE PROJECT

ROADWAY MILLING AND RESURFACING RESTORATION PROCESS


Helms and Sons Excavating will begin roadway milling and asphalt resurfacing for areas recently under construction for the Russells Point Storm Water Drainage Project. 


This restoration phase is scheduled to begin on Thursday, August 22, 2024, weather permitting. 


The roadways to be restored at this time are: 


Lincoln Boulevard

Garfield Avenue

Madison Avenue

Grand Avenue

Fairview Avenue


Traffic will be maintained but delays should be expected. Madison Avenue from State Route 708 toward Garfield Avenue may be temporarily closed, if necessary. 


There may be delays and restricted access during construction. Crews will make every effort to allow residents to enter/exit parking areas timely. Please avoid the construction zones, if possible.

VILLAGE OF RUSSELLS POINT

STORM WATER DRAINAGE PROJECT 

ROAD CLOSURE NOTIFICATION 


Construction is scheduled to begin on Mansfield Street from Burkhart Avenue to Warren Avenue for the Russells Point Storm Water Drainage Project.  Work is scheduled to begin Monday, August 12, 2024, weather permitting. 

Please avoid the construction zones.  Additional roadways will be closed in the coming weeks.  Through traffic will be prohibited but residents will have access.  Public notification will be provided.

WHITE OAKS PAVING


White Oaks Court in the Village of Russells Point will be paved starting on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, weather permitting. 


Traffic will be maintained but delays should be expected. Please avoid the area if possible.
