- PAVING NOTICE -
PAVING FOR THE FOLLOWING ROADS WILL BEGIN ON
SATURDAY, JULY 27, 2019
BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 A.M.  -  5:00 P.M.,
CONTINUING FOR FOUR TO FIVE DAYS, WEATHER PERMITTING.

DO NOT PARK OR DRIVE ON THESE ROADS UNTIL THE BARRICADES ARE REMOVED AND PAVING PERSONNEL AUTHORIZES TRAVEL.  IF YOU ARE PARKED IN YOUR DRIVEWAY, YOU MAY BE UNABLE TO EXIT ONTO THE ROADWAY AT CERTAIN TIMES DURING PAVING OPERATIONS.

FOR REPAIRS TO THE NEWLY PAVED ROADS.

- ROADWAY SURFACE SEALING -

    Roadway maintenance in the form of pavement rejuvenator will be done on other various roadways in Russells Point.  Pavement Technology, Inc. will be performing the work and will be delivering notices to residents effected.

    Work is scheduled to begin on Monday, August 5, 2019 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., weather permitting.  Parked cars in the roadway must be removed during those hours.  Residents will have access to driveways at all times.  Work crews will be available to assist.

    Cooperation from residents is appreciated.  Village officials apologize for any temporary inconvenience.  Additional information and questions can be answered by calling Pavement Technology, Inc. at 1-800-333-6309.


NOTIFICATION OF LITTER & WEEDS REQUIREMENTS

Pursuant to Russells Point Ordinance 17-1150 and Codified Ordinance section 521.11 regarding Litter & Weeds, the owner, occupant, or any other person having the care of any lot within the Village will be issued a notice of violation for noxious weeds, vines and grass at a height of twelve inches or more; and shall not permit the accumulation of litter.  Failure to comply with a notice of violation will result in village incurred costs, and an administrative fee of five hundred dollars assessed to the property owner.  For a complete copy of Ordinance 17-1150 select the link below.
