PUBLIC NOTIFICATIONS

NOTIFICATION OF LITTER & WEEDS REQUIREMENTS

Pursuant to Russells Point Ordinance 17-1150 and Codified Ordinance section 521.11 regarding Litter & Weeds, the owner, occupant, or any other person having the care of any lot within the Village will be issued a notice of violation for noxious weeds, vines and grass at a height of twelve inches or more; and shall not permit the accumulation of litter. Failure to comply with a notice of violation will result in village incurred costs, and an administrative fee of five hundred dollars assessed to the property owner.
