Explore Our Parks & Outdoor Spaces
We’re proud of the variety of parks, facilities, trails, and recreation areas that make Russells Point a great place to live and play:

JOHN & MARY RUDOLPH NATURE TRAIL
A scenic nature trail ideal for walkers, runners, bird watchers, and anyone who loves time in the great outdoors. This peaceful wooded pathway is a local favorite for morning strolls and family hikes.

RUSSELLS POINT INCLUSIVE PLAYGROUND
Located near the Municipal Building, this inclusive playground invites children of all ages to climb, explore, and play in a safe and welcoming space.

AL LEPPICH BALL FIELDS
Our community ball fields provide space for local sports, friendly competition, and weekend family fun under the open sky.

COMMUNITY GARDEN & PICNIC AREA
Found on Bristol Circle, this relaxing green space is perfect for gardening, outdoor meals, and gathering with friends and family.
Fun & Fitness for Everyone
We’re excited to share that a new splash pad is coming to Municipal Park, offering a refreshing, water-based play area for kids and families — set to open after years of community planning and volunteer efforts.
Additional updates at Municipal Park include new pickleball courts, a half-basketball court, and accessible amenities like ADA-compliant ramps, picnic tables, and a family restroom to make your visit more enjoyable and comfortable.
Beyond Village Parks
Russells Point sits on the beautiful shores of Indian Lake State Park, one of Ohio’s most beloved outdoor destinations. Whether you’re into boating, fishing, swimming, or lakeside picnics, the lake and surrounding state park offer endless year-round recreation.
Don’t miss a stroll across Sandy Beach Bridge — a scenic landmark and perfect photo spot overlooking Indian Lake’s waters.
