STORM WATER ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT

FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District has completed a draft environmental assessment for storm sewer improvement which include new storm water outlets, new pipes and manhole replacements in the Village of Russells Point, in Logan County Ohio.

The Environmental Infrastructure is a Section 594, Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) 1999 (Public Law 106-53, 113 STAT 381), as amended. The district has determined that implementing the recommended plan would not constitute a major Federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment within the meaning of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended, and therefore, an Environmental Impact Statement is not required. The draft report can be viewed
